Arcane Empowerment Gundor gains the ability to empower a magic item after an extended rest. He gains one additional arcane empowerment for each milestone reached. Gundor must spend a short rest with an item in order to empower it. He can empower an item in one of two ways:
Impart Energy: Gundor recharges the daily power of a magic item. An item can be recharged only once per day in this way.
Augment Energy: Gundor infuses a weapon or an implement with a reservoir of energy that lasts until the end of Gundor’s next extended rest or until it is expended. The wielder of the implement or weapon can use a free action after making an attack roll to expend th reservoir of energy to gain a +2 bonus to that attack roll. An implement or weapon can be augmented only once per day in this way.

Arcane Rejuvenation Whenever one of Gundor’s allies uses a magic item’s daily power, that ally absorbs the energy and gains 4 temporary hit points.

Healing Infusion At the end of an extended rest, Gundor creates two healing infusions that last until the end of his next extended rest.
When Gundor uses a Healing Infusion power, he expends one of the infusions he created at the end of his last extended rest. During a short rest, Gundor or an ally can spend a healing surge to replenish one of the infusions expended.
